NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR MONEY TRANSFER OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MONEY TRANSFER WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

1. SPONSOR

​

The OXXO New Limit Money Transfer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Centrika, Inc., 1595 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 150, Cumming, GA 30041 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is the marketing agency for OXXO. The OXXO name and marks are used with permission.

 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND DRAWING PERIODS

 

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period has three separate drawing periods (each a "Drawing Period"):

• Drawing Period 1 (October): October 9, 2026 – October 31, 2026

• Drawing Period 2 (November): November 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026

• Drawing Period 3 (December): December 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

• ​

Entries received during a Drawing Period are eligible only for that period's drawing. Entries do not carry over to later drawings. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

​

Open to legal residents of the State of New York or the State of New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. "Legal resident" refers to the entrant's primary place of residence. Citizenship is not required to participate.

 

Not eligible: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor; of OXXO and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies; of any participating retail location or remittance provider; of Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies; and of any other entity involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households are also not eligible. To be eligible to receive a prize, an entrant must be able to designate a recipient in Mexico who can collect a money transfer in person at an OXXO store and who meets the remittance provider's identification requirements.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

 

In-store entry: During the Promotion Period, visit an OXXO activation event at a participating retail location in New York or New Jersey. Scan the QR code displayed at the event and complete the registration form with your first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and state of residence. Each completed registration counts as one (1) entry in the drawing for the Drawing Period in which it is received. Participants may also take a photo with the event photo frame and share it on social media tagging #EnviaConOXXO. Doing so is optional and is not required to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

 

The dates, times, and locations of events are posted at https://www.centrika.us/OXXO2026 and may change without notice.

 

Alternative Method of Entry (mail-in): To enter without attending an event, handprint the following on a plain 3" x 5" card:

 

• first and last name

• street address, city, state, and ZIP code

• daytime phone numbe

• email address

• date of birth

 

Mail the card in a stamped envelope to: OXXO New Limit Sweepstakes – Entries, c/o Centrika, Inc., 1595 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 150, Cumming, GA 30041.

 

Each envelope must contain one card, and each card counts as one (1) entry. Mail entries are assigned to the Drawing Period in which they are postmarked. To be eligible, they must be received by these dates:

 

Drawing Period 1: postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 4, 2026

Drawing Period 2: postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 4, 2026

Drawing Period 3: postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 6, 2027

 

Mechanically reproduced entries, and entries submitted by anyone other than the entrant, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail. Mail entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as in-store entries.

 

5. ENTRY LIMITS

 

Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Each person may submit a maximum of six (6) entries per Drawing Period, counting all entry methods together (in-store and mail-in). Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) card per envelope. Entries above these limits, or entries using multiple identities, phone numbers, or email addresses, will be void.

 

6. PRIZES

 

Four (4) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a money transfer to one recipient in Mexico designated by the winner, available for cash pickup at an OXXO store:

 

• Drawing Period 1: One (1) transfer of $500 USD, open to all eligible New York and New Jersey entrants. ARV: $500.

• Drawing Period 2: One (1) transfer of $500 USD, open to all eligible New York and New Jersey entrants. ARV: $500.

• Drawing Period 3 – New York: One (1) transfer of $1,000 USD, open to eligible New York residents only. ARV: $1,000.

• Drawing Period 3 – New Jersey: One (1) transfer of $1,000 USD, open to eligible New Jersey residents only. ARV: $1,000.

 

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $3,000 USD.

 

Prize terms:

 

• Recipient and pickup. Each prize is awarded only as a money transfer to one recipient in Mexico designated by the winner, for cash pickup at an OXXO store.

• Provider. The transfer will be sent through a licensed money transmitter chosen by the winner from Sponsor's list of providers offering pickup at OXXO.

• Fees. Sponsor pays the transfer principal and the provider's transfer fee.

• Exchange rate. The amount received in Mexican pesos depends on the provider's exchange rate on the date of transfer. Sponsor is not responsible for exchange-rate variations.

• Screening and ID. All transfers are subject to the provider's compliance review, including sanctions screening, and to the provider's and OXXO's identification requirements, pickup limits, and hours.

• No substitutes. Prizes are non-transferable. They may not be redeemed for cash, check, prepaid card, or any other form of payment, and no substitution is available to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's control.

• Transfer not completed. If the winner cannot designate an eligible recipient, if the transfer is rejected by the provider's compliance review, or if the winner fails to meet any deadline in Section 8, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing.

 

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household during the entire Promotion Period.
 

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

 

Sponsor will select potential winners in random drawings from all eligible entries received in each Drawing Period, on or about these dates:

 

• Drawing Period 1: November 5, 2026

• Drawing Period 2: December 7, 2026

• Drawing Period 3: January 8, 2027

 

The December drawings will be held separately among New York entries and New Jersey entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each Drawing Period (and, for December, in each state).

 

Sponsor will contact potential winners by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. A prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing, if the potential winner:

 

cannot be reached or does not respond in time,

is found ineligible, or

does not return the required documents.

 

8. PRIZE CLAIM, EXPIRATION, AND TAXES

 

A potential winner must respond to the winner notification within seventy-two (72) hours. Within five (5) days after responding, the winner must return:

• a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, and

• the recipient's full name, the city and state in Mexico, and the chosen provider.

• ​

Where permitted by law, the winner may also be asked to sign a Publicity Release.

Once the transfer has been sent, the recipient must collect it at an OXXO store within thirty (30) days of the date the transfer becomes available for pickup, or within the provider's own pickup deadline if that is shorter. Transfers not collected within this period expire. Uncollected funds will be returned to Sponsor, and the prize will be considered forfeited without further obligation to the winner. No alternate winner will be selected after a transfer has been sent.

Winners are responsible for all taxes on their prize. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, and will receive an IRS Form 1099. If a valid taxpayer number is not provided, Sponsor may be required by law to withhold tax from the prize.

 

9. PHOTOGRAPHS AND PUBLICITY

 

Photography and video may take place at Sweepstakes events. Entrants who check the photo consent box on the registration form grant Centrika, Inc. and OXXO permission to use, reproduce, and publish any photograph or video of them taken at a Sweepstakes event or shared by them with a tag of Sponsor or OXXO. This permission:

• covers the entrant's first name and city along with the image;

• covers use on social media channels, websites, and promotional materials for this and future OXXO promotions;

• is given without compensation, for a period of three (3) years from the end of the Promotion Period.

Giving this consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or the chance of winning. An entrant may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@centrika.us Withdrawal applies to future uses only; content already published will be removed from Sponsor's own channels within a reasonable time. Images of persons under 18 will not be published without written consent from a parent or guardian.

 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

 

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it. In that case, Sponsor may award the prizes by random drawing from the eligible entries received before the action.

 

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Sponsor, OXXO, and the other Sweepstakes Entities, and their officers, employees, and agents, from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of a prize. This release does not apply to claims arising from those parties' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Nothing in these Rules limits any right of a New Jersey resident under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act. If any provision is found unenforceable in New Jersey or New York, the rest remain in effect.

 

12. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

 

These Rules are governed by the laws of the state in which the entrant resides (New York or New Jersey). Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts of that state, to the extent permitted by law.

 

13. PRIVACY

 

Information collected is used to administer this Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.centrika.us/privacy-policy. Entrants will receive marketing messages, including text messages, only if they separately opt in. Opting in is not required to enter or win.
